Dear St. Thomas Parents and Families,
On behalf of the Religious Education Department, and as the new Director of Religious Education, I want to welcome you to a new year at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish. We are committed to offering our families a high-quality religious formation program that fulfills diocesan and parish religious education requirements.
You have the most important role in the religious education of your child. At St. Thomas the Apostle we are committed to partnering with parents and families to support the faith journey of your children.
In his role as chief catechist, Bishop Boyea’s goal is to bring all people to the feet of Jesus Christ so that He can work in them the gift of salvation He won for them on the cross.
It is a great joy to respond to the call from God to participate in the Church’s mission to lead and encourage others to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
May we all strive to recognize and take advantage of the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our children. We look forward to walking with you in the religious formation of your child.
If you have any questions, please email me at email@example.com or call my office at 734-761-8606 ext. 2702 and I would be happy to talk to you.
