No late work is accepted in Miss Block’s class

6/7th Grade Faith Formation
This week we will be taking a quiz on lessons one and two, learning about saints, and learning about human growth and the purpose of existence.
6th Grade Math: This week we will be learning about division of a whole number by a fraction, division of a fraction by a whole number, and division of a fraction by a fraction. We will also be taking a test on Chapter 2.
7th Grade Math:
This week we will be learning about exponents, areas of rectangles, multiplying fractions, and symbols for multiplication/multiplying fractions/dividing fractions. We will have a cumulative test up to lesson 16 on Wednesday.
8th Grade Math:
This week we will be learning about the evaluation of algebraic expressions and surface area.
Algebra 1/2: This week we will learning about rounding decimal numbers and we will have a quiz on lessons 5 and 6.
6th/7th Grade Nature Studies – Earth History This week we will be learning about weathering, erosion and soil.
8th Grade Nature Studies – Wavest
This week we will be taking an investigation 1 and 2 vocab test, and learning about mirrors, spectra, color, and refraction. Notebooks for investigations 1 and 2 are due Friday
