Grace Schoenle: Sixth Grade Homeroom

Miss Grace Schoenle grew up in Plymouth, Michigan, and attended Spiritus Sanctus Academy and Father Gabriel Richard High School. After studying English and Classical Education at Hillsdale College, she knew she wanted to be a teacher forever. Miss Schoenle also discerned her calling by founding and directing an annual summer theater camp in her hometown. For the past two years she has been teaching 6th Grade at Sacred Heart Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is so excited to move close to home and to join the Classical Catholic Community at St. Thomas! When not reading works of classic literature, Miss Schoenle enjoys dancing, playing the harp, taking walks, and doing puzzles. Some of her favorite books include Dante's Divine Comedy, The Wind in the Willows, and The Secret Garden.
