Each summer, Canticle Chant Camp participants ages 8 to 18 are immersed in Gregorian chant, traditional children’s hymns, and the sacred music traditions of the Catholic Mass. They attend daily Mass at noon each day and provide the music for the final Mass on Friday. A reception in the parish hall will follow the noon Mass on Friday.
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Canticle Chant Camp was designed by staff from Canticle, a Catholic music organization devoted to passing down Gregorian chant to the next generation, assisting in nurturing the prayer life of children, and fostering a deep connection to the liturgical practices of the Church. The camp is run by Mary Ann Carr Wilson of Canticle in collaboration with St. Thomas staff and volunteers.
