The St. Thomas Athletics Department is excited to host our annual Chili Cookoff on Saturday, November 1, in the St. Thomas Parish Hall. This year is especially meaningful, as for the first time, we will be hosting the Chili Cookoff in partnership with our parish’s All Saints’ Day Party. It is a wonderful opportunity for our school families and parishioners to come together in faith and fellowship for one joyous evening. Get your early-bird discounted tickets now before it’s too late!
All proceeds from the Chili Cookoff will support the creation of a new weight room for our student-athletes, a space where they can grow stronger in body, more disciplined in mind, and more faithful in spirit.
Sponsorship Opportunities
- Gymnasium Sponsor – $400 (or $350 renewal for existing banners): Businesses can purchase a 3’ x 5’ banner to be displayed in our gymnasium, offering ongoing exposure to visiting schools during games, parish coffee and donuts after Sunday Masses, and other school and parish community events held in the gym. Banners will remain up until the 2026 Chili Cookoff. Your business logo will appear on our exclusive Chili Cookoff apron, and you will also receive recognition in our program as well as acknowledgement throughout the evening. Includes Chili Cookoff admission for two.
- Table Sponsor – $100: Families or businesses can sponsor a chili booth and have their name or logo displayed prominently at the table. Your business logo will appear on our exclusive Chili Cookoff apron, and you will also receive recognition in our program as well as acknowledgement throughout the evening. Includes Chili Cookoff admission for two.
- Friend of St. Thomas – Any Amount: Every contribution makes a difference and will be acknowledged in our program.
Raffle Basket Donations
We are collecting raffle items such as gift cards, sporting event tickets, merchandise, or experiences. These donations will be bundled into prize baskets and raffled off during the event. Every contribution makes a difference and will be acknowledged in our program. All donors will be recognized during the raffle. Please have all donations submitted to the school office by Friday, October 24.

For those who would like to contribute easily, we’ve created an Amazon Gift List with suggested items for our raffle baskets. With just a few clicks, you can select an item and have it shipped directly to St. Thomas. It’s a simple and meaningful way to participate, and every gift helps us create exciting raffle baskets that contribute to the event’s fun and fundraising success.
