Learn how to help others and yourself become free from anxiety and OCD.

Seeing others struggle with anxiety and OCD, or noticing it in yourself, can feel scary and overwhelming. I want to offer you helpful, evidence-based information and practical tools so you feel more equipped. Join me as we dive into identifying anxiety disorders and what you can do to help others or yourself on the journey to grow towards more inner freedom. Healing is possible!

In this seminar I will cover:

  • What are anxiety disorders, including OCD and scrupulosity, and how we can identify them
  • Helpful information, practical tips, and tools to overcome these disorders
  • When to seek the help of a mental health professional

There will be time at the end for your questions. Light drinks and appetizers will be served.
